3. Click on the CCH/TEO Q & A SERVICE tab. This will take you to a page that is similar to the previous Q & A Service homepage. As before, there is a Submit a question link at the top of the page, and a list of previous Q & As, which you can browse. The main differences (apart from the attractive new design) are (1) the ability to search previous Q & As, and (2) the ability to see Q & As submitted by other members of your organisation (this will only apply to questions submitted from 1 August).

The question submission page is similar to the previous version, except that a Private Question button has been added, in case you don’t want other members of your organisation to see your question.

Need Help?  The new platform has been designed to be intuitive and user friendly, but if you encounter any problems please feel free to contact Ina McEntee on 09 488 6947 or email: Ina.McEntee@wolterskluwer.com.

Last but not least, please save the Q & A Service URL into your favourites or bookmark for easy access to the Q & A Service.
